2019 Calling All Shutterbugs - Take Your Wildest Shot!
Alabama Safari Park is calling shutterbugs of all ages to enter their photos in 2019 Safari Shots Photo Contest. With hundreds of animals, Alabama Safari Park's diverse wildlife and interactive animal experiences create the perfect backdrop for any photographer. Snap funny family pictures or the perfect animal poses. Scenery, silly faces and animal antics are encouraged. So pack up those cameras and head to the Park for your chance to win a some wild prizes like, a Family 4 Pack of Annual Memberships, day passes, gift certificates!
Starting July 1, participants can submit up to 5 photos online, based on category.
The 2019 Safari Shots Photo Contest is open to photographers of all ages and experience levels. Each entry will be ranked overall in its entrant category based on the following criteria: composition and nature of the subject matter; clarity of the shot; and unique ability to capture the Alabama Safari Park experience. Just don't wait too long! August 31st is the last day to submit those photos for a chance at the grand prizes.
Youth
Photos taken and submitted by any person 2 - 12 years of age.
Adult
Photos taken and submitted by any person 13 years and older.
People’s Choice
All photos are eligible for the People's Choice Award. These photos can be taken and submitted by any age group, any skill level. Winners will be selected by voters on the Alabama Safari Park's Facebook page.
